Missing ZEMB characteristic value for one Material and therefore up charges are not getting calculated in sales order.
Surcharge Characteristic value is not Updated when a ROAL Material is created.

Surcharge Characteristic value is not updated in the material, it is observed that configuration profile is not correctly maintained.
For the Configuration profile for material not maintained Dependencies in the following transaction code CU42.

Maintained the configuration profile as shown in below screen shot for the Configurable (KMAT) Material.
